Please sign our customer intake on the morning before your treatment. Please do not enter the spa before sending this to us.
Receptionist will control the number of people in the spa, you may be asked to wait outside for a few minutes. Appointments are scheduled far enough part to avoid too many people in the spa and to give us enough time to disinfect between clients.
Clients must please wear a mask in the common areas, reception area and corridors. If vaccinated you can remove your mask once in the treatment room.
Clients must be freshly showered before coming into the spa, please make sure you shower after exercising, please do not come in directly from a hike, yoga etc.
Upon entering you will be asked to use some hand sanitizer, remove your shoes and put on our disinfected slippers. Your temperature will then be taken with a no touch infrared thermometer.
We use Cetylcide-II Concentrate, it is an EPA-registered, broad-spectrum hospital disinfectant effective against 140+ disease-causing organisms including; HIV, MRSA, VRE, HBV, Influenza A / Brazil Virus (H1N1), and Human Coronavirus. We are committed to cleaning all communal surfaces every 30 minutes and every treatment room between clients. Treatment tools that are not disposable are disinfected before and after use.
Salt Cave and O2 Lounge appointments are for one person unless you are coming in with your own group.
Staff are wearing PPE KN95 masks, therapists may also be wearing face shields depending on the treatment.
Sadly, magazines have been removed from the spa, please feel free to bring your own reading material.

If we are notified that anyone that has been in the spa has contracted the disease, we will close for an undetermined number of days and follow all the guidelines set forth from the CDC and San Miguel County.
